2025 Heisman Trophy odds

Dante Moore, QB, Oregon: +750

What to know: Moore might have the most consistent résumé of any quarterback in the country so far, and he just added to it with a massive overtime win against third-ranked Penn State. He went 29-for-39 for 248 yards, three passings TDs, no interceptions and 35 rushing yards. On the season, he’s thrown for 14 TDs and just one interception.

Ty Simpson, QB, Alabama: +850

What to know: Simpson wasn’t in the mix entering Saturday, but after putting up 276 passing yards and three total TDs against a top-five Georgia team, he’s now one of the front-runners. He’s yet to throw an interception on the year and has eclipsed over 250 yards passing in three games vs. Power Conference opponents (Florida State, Wisconsin, Georgia).

Jeremiah Smith, WR, Ohio State: +1000

What to know: Smith has racked up 396 yards on 28 receptions with four touchdowns so far. In Ohio State’s Week 4 game against Washington, he had 81 receiving yards and a score.

Carson Beck, QB, Miami (FL): +1100

What to know: While Beck only finished with 160 passing yards and no touchdowns against the Gators last week, the veteran QB didn’t have to do much as Miami out-rushed Florida 184 to 80 behind 116 yards from running back Mark Fletcher Jr. The Hurricanes were on bye this week and travel to Tallahassee to take on the Noles in a highly anticipated rivalry game.

Fernando Mendoza, QB, Indiana, +: +1200

What to know: After dropping a whopping 63 points on the ninth-ranked Illini, Mendoza skyrocketed up the Heisman oddsboard, bolstered by a five-touchdown performance. He is just the second Indiana quarterback to throw five passing TDs against a top-10 opponent since 2000, joining Michael Penix Jr. in 2020 (vs. Ohio State). This week, he threw for 233 yards, two TDs and one interception on the road against Iowa.

Trinidad Chambliss, QB, Ole Miss: +1500

What to know: After being forced into action due to an injury to starting QB Austin Simmons, the Ferris State transfer got his first big test for the Rebels against a fourth-ranked LSU team and took advantage of his opportunity, throwing for 314 yards, rushing for 71 and recording one TD.

Diego Pavia, QB, Vanderbilt: +1700

What to know: The Vandy signal caller put up a monster performance against Utah State this week, racking up 400 yards of total offense and totaling six touchdowns. He’s got 15 total scores on the season and has already eclipsed 1,200 yards passing.

Sam Leavitt, QB, Arizona State: +1800 (bet $10 to win $190 total)

What to know: Leavitt has climbed back up to the top of the oddsboard after throwing for 291 yards, rushing for 62 and totaling three scores against No. 24 TCU. The Sun Devils take on Utah, Texas Tech and Iowa State in three of their next four games.
