2025 MLB divisional round odds: Schedule, favorites for every series

by

The 2025 MLB playoffs have moved on to the divisional round — four best-of-five showdowns — beginning at the site of the higher seeds.

The Los Angeles Dodgers swept their way through the best-of three wild-card round, while the Chicago Cubs, Detroit Tigers and New York Yankees all won their series in three games.

After their win in a rainy Game 3, the Seattle Mariners are now one win away from their first ALCS since 2001, the longest drought in the American League. The Tigers will send Casey Mize to the hill as the Tigers look to force a Game 5.

Aaron Judge had three runs scored and four RBI for the Yankees on Wednesday as they overcame a 6-1 deficit to take Game 3. The Yankees have won their third game when facing elimination, and will send rookie Cam Schlittler to the mound on Wednesday night. Schlittler threw eight shutout innings with 12 strikeouts in Game 3 of the Wild Card series to send the Yankees to the ALDS.

The Dodgers swept both games in Philadelphia, and now the Phillies must win on the road to keep their season alive. The Cubs dropped both games in Milwaukee, but will return home to Wrigley Field looking to keep their season alive. They are slight moneyline favorites today.

Wednesday will be the last day of the MLB season in which we have four games in one day, and all of them are elimination games.
