The NASCAR Cup Series Playoffs head to the New Hampshire Motor Speedway on Sunday with a smaller field of competitors than last week’s race. After last Saturday’s race at the Bristol Motor Speedway, four drivers were knocked out of the playoff round; Austin Dillon, Shane van Gisbergen, Alex Bowman, and Josh Berry all fell below the cut line. (Additional drivers will be eliminated after Race No. 6, the Bank of America ROVAL 400 on Oct. 5, and Race No. 9, the Xfinity 500 at Martinsville on Oct. 26.) Just four drivers will race for the championship title at Phoenix Raceway on November 2. Denny Hamlin and Kyle Larson are currently leading the pack. You can take a look at how the 12-driver field currently stacks up heading into this weekend’s race.
