As he attempts to defend his 2024 NASCAR Xfinity Series title, Justin Allgaier will face 11 drivers who have never won a championship in the second tier of stock car racing.
The 2025 playoff grid is officially set, and rookie sensation Connor Zilisch secured the regular season championship (and the No. 1 seed in the playoffs) with his ninth victory of the 2025 season. He also has seven wins in the last eight races in a stunning show of dominance.
He was followed across the finish line by two drivers facing a must-win (William Sawalich and Christian Eckes), so neither will take part in the 2025 title fight.
Harrison Burton snagged the final spot on points after his cousin, Jeb Burton, wrecked hard during the Gateway race.
Despite three victories this year, Austin Hill will begin the 2025 title last in the playoff standings with zero points, as part of his penalty when he was suspended for intentional wrecking earlier in the year.
