As 2025 comes to a close, Japan continues their long standing tradition of hosting big fights on New Year’s Eve. Much like PRIDE, K-1 and DREAM before them, RIZIN has been hosting their annual spectacle for a decade now, with this year’s edition dubbed as “RIZIN Year-End Super Powerhouse Matsuri (Festival)”
RIZIN’s NYE show streams LIVE on RIZIN.tv, starting at 11 p.m. ET on Tuesday, December 30, 2025, and will continue on until the morning.

The card will be topped by a whopping five title bouts, and headlined by Japanese star Mikuru Asakura taking on the undefeated RIZIN featherweight champion in Razhabali Shaidulloev (16-0). Other champions defending their titles include Roberto Satoshi de Souza, Naoki Inoue, and Seika Izawa.
With former two-division champ Kyoji Horiguchi moving to the UFC, RIZIN will also conclude their flyweight tournament and crown a new champion as Hiromasa Ogikubo takes on Yuki Montoya in the finals.
The card was originally supposed to feature UFC vet and Bellator champ Ryan Bader, until a late injury scrapped his match. Ya-Man vs. Yutaka Saito was also scrapped due to an orbital injury, but the stacked card will still feature 15 bouts.
Join us for some late night fights, and follow along below as we bring you live results and video highlights from RIZIN’s NYE show.
