BYU is one of eight teams that will play in the 2026 Maui Invitational, the tournament announced Wednesday. BYU is one of two Big 12 teams in the tournament along with Arizona, meaning they will likely be on opposite sides of the eight-team bracket. BYU played Ole Miss, Providence, and VCU this past season and will play Clemson this season December 9 in New York City.

The Maui Invitational has taken a dip in recent years after long being the premier non-conference tournament, but this field is one of the stronger ones in in the NIL era. Each of the three games BYU plays should be either Quad One or Quad Two opportunities.
BYU has a lot of uncertainty for its 2026-2027 roster, but as long as Kevin Young is around BYU should be among the favorites to win the tournament.
