AEW Dynamite Results (9/10/2025): Live Match Updates and Highlights

The show opens up with Bryan Danielson’s music hitting and he makes his way down to the ring to join the announce desk.

AEW World Champion “Hangman” Adam Page’s music then hits and he makes his way down to the ring for the first match of the night. Josh Alexander makes his way down to the ring next with the Don Callis Family.

Grudge Match: AEW World Champion “Hangman” Adam Page vs. Don Callis Family’s “The Walking Weapon” Josh Alexander

The match starts off with both men charging at each other with strikes and Page sends Alexander to the corner before the referee has to intervene. Page then backs off and this gives Alexander an opening, but not for very long as Page manages to send him back to the corner for a chop. Page then stays on the attack by dragging Alexander along the ropes as the crowd lets Callis know what they think of him. Alexander is then sent to the ropes, but turns things around with an ankle lock before Page breaks free as he forces Alexander to the outside. This then gives Alexander another opening as he sends Page to the barricade.

After some struggling, Alexander lifts Page up for a brainbuster right onto the apron before sliding into the ring. Alexander then hits the ropes, but gets caught in the ropes when Page dodges and he brings Alexander to the outside looking for an advantage. Alexander then breaks away, but gets sent into the crowd by Page. Page then sends Alexander back into the ring, but is caught in the corner as Alexander goes after the eyes. Page then fights back with some chops before being sent to the ropes by Alexander. Alexander then attacks Page’s face before the referee intervenes. Alexander then stays on the attack until Page manages to send him out of the ring, setting up for a moonsault before Alexander rolls back in the ring to evade danger. Alexander then leaves the ring to get a breather by the announce desk as Page pursues him.

Both men are back in the ring and they trade chops until Alexander takes control. Alexander then hits a running forearm on Page in the corner, but Page fights back with an arm wringer before pulling Alexander to the mat. Page then brings Alexander back up for a Death Valley Driver, but it only gets a near fall. Alexander then gets into it with Page near the ropes, evading a Buckshot Lariat to grab Page for a German suplex. Alexander hits it three times on the outside all while keeping the waist lock cinched in. Alexander then sets up for another German suplex on the floor, but Page manages to land on his feet instead before slamming Alexander against the guardrail.

The referee begins a count with both men narrowly making it back in the ring before the count of ten. They then fight to their feet until Alexander drops Page, hitting the ropes and running into a pop-up Liger Bomb by Page for a two count. Alexander then heads to the corner for a breather, only for Page to bring him up on the top. They then fight it out on the top until Alexander gets Page on his shoulders and drops Page to the mat with a modified Green Bay Plunge. Alexander then gets a near fall before he goes for a toe hold until Page gets to the ropes for a break. The fight then heads to the apron where Page evades a C4 Spike, dropping Alexander to the floor before bringing him back in as he climbs up top. Don Callis then distracts the referee while Archer and Romero try to intervene, only to be fought off by Page. Page then hits Alexander with a Buckshot Lariat for the win.

The winner of the Grudge Match, AEW World Champion “Hangman” Adam Page!

After the match, Page celebrates as the Don Callis Family regroups on the ramp and retreats to the back. Page then grabs a microphone, addressing everything he has done to win and retain his championship. Page says the most important word in All Elite Wrestling is “Wrestling” and that is what he is here to do because he is the All Elite Wrestling men’s World Champion. Callis then returns to ringside alongside Kyle Fletcher, who says Page’s words are sentimental but will not matter because the Don Callis Family and the Protostar run AEW. He then says there is a more pressing matter and Fletcher issues a challenge to Page on Collision and awaits a response. Page then says he is lucky he wasn’t Life Flighted out of this venue after what he did, but he understands it. Page then says if Fletcher really wants to make a point and speak to the World Champion then he can get in this ring and speak to him directly.

Fletcher then makes his way down to the ring, standing face to face with Page who leans into a chant about Fletcher’s socks before giving him some props for the type of competitor he is. Page then says one thing he sees above all else is himself six years ago standing across from Chris Jericho dreaming of being a champion. Page then says Fletcher is full of potential, but he is not afraid to tell Fletcher something that’s hard to hear when he tells Fletcher that he is not ready. Fletcher then scoffs at this, telling Page and the crowd that he has heard this before but he is already a champion and will be for as long as he pleases and he is ready to carry the weight of this company as a World Champion right now.

Page then says if Fletcher really wants this shot, he is willing to grant it at All Out but there is something that he and everyone here needs from him. The crowd then responds to this with a “socks” chant, but Page explains that he needs Fletcher to do this on his own. Page then says he needs Fletcher to leave the Don Callis Family behind at All Out, keep Don Callis in the back and to get some socks. This then gets a pop from the crowd as Fletcher addresses the main point about Page thinking he needs anyone to beat him. Fletcher then says when they face off at All Out, he will defeat Page all on his own and make him say his full name, “The Protostar” Kyle Fletcher and the new AEW men’s World Champion. Fletcher’s music then hits and he leaves the ring with Don Callis.

We then take a look at Collision and Mark Briscoe’s failure to beat Konosuke Takeshita, along with MJF calling out Mark Briscoe. We then take a look at what went down after Collision, with MJF addressing the fact he cut his honeymoon short because of how much he hates Mark Briscoe. MJF then says his new bride threatened to call it all off if he left the house and that he was married to the game and to hate long before he met his wife. MJF then says so he left the house and made his way to Collision to settle a score and with a chance to deal with Mark Briscoe. MJF then says he is willing to say the same thing he did on his wedding night.

We then head to the back, where The Young Bucks try to enjoy the food in catering while addressing the $500K 10-Man Tag Team Match later tonight. They can’t get a seat with the Dark Order before finding a spot next to Brandon Cutler, who tells them to shut up before leaving. Jon Moxley then shows up, clearing the rest of the table to talk with the Young Bucks and offering the Death Riders’ share of the prize money to make sure the Bucks show up to win.

Emi Sakura and Mercedes Moné then make their way down to the ring for the next match of the night and Alex Windsor and Riho follow.

Tag Team Match: AEW TBS Champion “The CEO” Mercedes Moné and Emi Sakura vs. Riho and Alex Windsor

The match starts off with Moné and Riho, but Moné immediately tags in Sakura who goes after Riho. Sakura then hits some hard shots until Riho strikes back and sends Sakura to the ropes for a tiger feint kick. A tag is then made to Windsor, who hits a leg sweep on Sakura for a two count. Windsor then stays on the attack as Riho comes in for a headscissors on an approaching Moné before attacking both their opponents in the corner. She then gets a single leg crab on Sakura, but Moné slides into the ring to pull her toward the ropes only for Windsor to get the drop on both women. Riho then follows it up with a dive of her own.

Moné is the legal woman for her team and she goes after Riho. Moné sends Riho to the corner for a running kick and a two count. Moné then stays on the attack until Riho knocks Sakura off the apron, dodging Moné to make a tag to Windsor. Windsor then goes after Moné with a flurry of offense, sending her to the mat before Moné evades a Sharpshooter. Windsor then gets Moné to the ropes, setting her up for a double foot stomp by Riho off a tag. She then pulls Moné to the center of the ring for a cover, only getting a near fall. Moné then makes a tag to Sakura for a double team that gets the cover, but Windsor breaks it up. She then sends Moné out of the ring as Riho sweeps Sakura out from under her feet for a two count. She then sets up for a single leg crab as Windsor keeps Moné from breaking the hold and Sakura has no choice but to tap out.

The winners of the Tag Team Match, Riho and Alex Windsor!

We then head to the back, where Ricochet and GOA address the Hurt Syndicate with Ricochet offering a gentleman’s agreement for them to keep their friends backstage so they can handle things one on one. Ricochet then says when all is said and done they’ll have momentum going into All Out and they will have no choice but to respect him and GOA. Ricochet then says that is a demand.

We then get a video package looking at the numbers behind the reunited tag team of Christian Cage and Adam Copeland ahead of their match against FTR at All Out.

We then head to ringside, where Big Stoke takes umbrage with the video package as he talks about FTR winning at All Out. Stoke addresses the comments people have been making toward him before Dax Harwood cuts in, essentially challenging anyone in the crowd to a fight or at least daring anyone to get into it. They then turn their attention to one man in particular until they get into it with the camera operators nearby.

Officials then come rushing down to break it up as they pull FTR away before we head to the back.

The gentleman’s agreement is then brought up, with MVP starting to address Ricochet’s agreement before Shelton Benjamin cuts in to say if we can trust Ricochet to leave his boys in the back, he will leave his boys in the back too. The Hurt Syndicate then dap it up before Benjamin walks off.

Ricochet then makes his way down to the ring for the next match of the night and Shelton Benjamin follows.

Singles Match: The Hurt Syndicate’s “The Standard of Excellence” Shelton Benjamin vs. Ricochet

The match starts off with Ricochet going on the offense early and hitting a flurry on Benjamin before taking him down to the mat. Ricochet then leaves the ring to pose and say hi to Taz before going for a 450 splash back in the ring, but only gets a near fall as Benjamin powers out. Benjamin then sends Ricochet out of the ring before attacking him against the barricade, culminating in a back suplex that sends Ricochet onto a guardrail. The action then returns to the ring as Ricochet tries to fight back, only to take a high crotch throw by Benjamin for his troubles.

Ricochet then goes for the ropes as Benjamin pulls at him, eventually shoving him out of the ring before following close behind. Benjamin is then sent face first into the announce desk by Ricochet. Ricochet then hits a strike on Benjamin and sends him into the guardrail. Ricochet then hits a hard kick on Benjamin for a two count. Benjamin then heads to the corner before Ricochet brings him to his feet. Both men then continue to go at it, with Benjamin hitting a belly to belly suplex, a side suplex and a German suplex on Ricochet. Benjamin then hits one more German suplex on Ricochet, throwing him across the ring.

Benjamin then hits a running knee strike, but it’s only good for a two count before Ricochet kicks out. Benjamin then goes for another suplex, but Ricochet breaks free for a backflip foot stomp and it all comes to a halt with thrust kicks sending both men to the mat. The referee then begins the count as they get to their feet, with Ricochet fighting out of the corner until Benjamin hits a roundhouse kick. Benjamin then goes up top, but gets intercepted by Ricochet, who hits a Spanish Fly sending Benjamin to the mat for a near fall. We then see a pair of scissors revealed as Ricochet takes another beatdown with a clothesline by Benjamin, but the chaos surrounding all this allows GOA to come out for a distraction leading to Ricochet rolling up Benjamin for the win.

The winner of the Singles Match, Ricochet!

After the match, the Hurt Syndicate make their way out to deal with Ricochet and GOA. Officials then make their way out to break things up.

We then get a vignette of HOOK addressing Samoa Joe and The Opps. HOOK says he respects that they will always have his back, but maybe it’s time for him to stand on his own or maybe not.

We then head to the back, where we hear from Don Callis as he addresses Kyle Fletcher handling the match at All Out on his own. Callis says Fletcher doesn’t need anyone’s help and he trusts that someone like Fletcher will bring the title home to the Don Callis Family. Fletcher then chimes in to confirm his intention to bring the title to the Family and commentary hypes the match up for All Out.

Justin Roberts then runs down the rules for the Philly Street Fight before “Timeless” Toni Storm makes her way down to the ring for the next match of the night. Skye Blue makes hey way down to the ring next.

Philly Street Fight: AEW Women’s World Champion “Timeless” Toni Storm vs. Triangle of Madness’ Skye Blue

The match starts off with both women going at it using a kendo stick. Storm then nails Blue several times with the kendo stick for a near fall. Blue then leaves the ring as Storm goes for a hip attack through the ropes, only for Blue to hit a shot to the backside with a pan. Blue then gets back in the ring and uses a staple gun on Storm’s chest, but only gets a near fall of her own before Storm uses the staple gun on Blue to send her out of the ring. Storm then poses on the apron with the kendo stick.

Both women then continue going at it on the barricade, dropping down on it before trading strikes back and forth. Blue then grabs what appears to be a fan sign, nearly cracking it over the head of Storm to drop her to the floor as we discover that it’s a street sign instead. Blue then backs away as Storm uncovers a table at ringside to reveal a whole set of mousetraps. Storm then munches on a slice of cheese before handing it over to the announce team and catches Blue to put her hand on a mousetrap.

Blue then gets riled up enough to strike back, sending Storm onto the table and the traps. The table doesn’t break and Blue sends Storm back to the ring. Storm is in the corner and fights back, grabbing a chair Blue propped up against her for a DDT and a two count. Storm then grabs another weapon, this time an electric fly swatter as she zaps Blue with it before sending her to the corner. Storm then grabs a trashcan to set up on the canvas and this gives Blue an opening to break away for a powerbomb sending Storm onto the trashcan, but it only gets her a two count as Storm kicks out. Storm then dodges a Code Blue attempt to hit a chairshot on Blue’s head. She then grabs the sign she pulled from ringside, propping it up against the face of Blue for a hip attack before dropping Blue with a Storm Zero for the win.

The winner of the Philly Street Fight, AEW Women’s World Champion “Timeless” Toni Storm!

After the match, Storm’s celebration is cut off by the Triangle of Madness rushing to the ring only for Kris Statlander and Jamie Hayter to come out to even the numbers. This then falls apart when Hayter lays out Statlander by mistake, allowing Julia Hart to drop Hayter and send her out of the ring. Back in the ring, Thekla goes after Storm with a spear before posing over her.

We then head to the back, where we hear from Willow Nightingale who addresses someone she feels needs to be punched in the face and that is Marina Shafir. Nightingale says she wants to fight Shafir before Harley Cameron cuts in to sing Nightingale a song about coming to terms with Kris Statlander. Nightingale then says she’s been down this road before with Statlander and thinks she knows who she’s really friends with. Nightingale then tells Cameron to watch her back before walking away and Renee Paquette finishes the song with Cameron.

Commentary then runs down the lineup for Collision, which is the final show in the 2300 Arena residency before looking ahead to a tournament for a 3-Way Match at All Out for the AEW Unified Championship.

The Young Bucks then make their way down to the ring for the main event of the night and The Death Riders follow. The Opps and Brodido make their way down to the ring next.

$500K 10-Man Tag Team Match: AEW World Tag Team Champions Brodido (Hounds of Hell’s Brody King and ROH World Champion Bandido) and AEW World Trios Champions The Opps (Samoa Joe, Powerhouse Hobbs and “The Wrestler” Katsuyori Shibata) vs. The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson and Nick Jackson) and The Death Riders (Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli and Wheeler Yuta)

The match starts off with Nick Jackson and Bandido and Nick gets a one count twice before taking Bandido down with an arm drag. Nick then continues the onslaught with near fall after near fall, blocking a sunset flip and getting an assist before the referee notices the help. Things then break down as Brody King makes the tag, hitting some hard shots before tagging Bandido back in. Nick then gets out of the way for a tag to Wheeler Yuta just as Samoa Joe gets a tag of his own. Joe then lays in some kicks on Yuta before locking in a toehold, but Yuta makes it to the ropes for a break.

Joe then brings Yuta to the corner for some jabs and a tag to Katsuyori Shibata, who lays in some heavy strikes before Yuta fights back enough for a tag to Claudio Castagnoli. Castagnoli then lays into Shibata, but gets caught in the corner allowing Shibata to hit a running dropkick. Shibata then cinches in a sleeper hold as chaos ensues in the ring. This then culminates in the Young Bucks getting rattled on the outside with a dive by King, who brings them back in the ring for Powerhouse Hobbs to lay in some damage. Shibata then goes after Castagnoli some more before tagging in Bandido, who hits a dive on the outside before going up top for a frog splash. That then gets Bandido a near fall on Castagnoli.

Nick Jackson and Bandido are the legal men as the Death Riders and Matt keep the rest of Bandido’s team away. Matt then hits a Northern Lights suplex and follows it up with a standing Sliced Bread and a kick from Nick gets him a near fall. Bandido then manages to fight back enough to tag in Hobbs, with Hobbs running rampant on Castagnoli and Moxley when they approach. Hobbs then charges at each man in the corner before dropping them to the canvas.

Shafir then tries to intervene allowing Yuta to hit a chair shot, but it barely fazes Hobbs, who sends Yuta out of the ring before continuing the attack on Castagnoli. The Bucks then get involved after Matt gets a tag, only to get squashed in the corner by Hobbs before King gets a tag for a cannonball on Matt for a two count. Chaos then ensues once more leading to a giant swing by Castagnoli and a Paradigm Shift on King by Moxley. Bandido then fights back against the Bucks, but they stop a 21 Plex attempt. A monkey flip then gets blocked and Nick gives Matt some leverage as they pin Bandido for the win.

The winners of the $500K 10-Man Tag Team Match, The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson and Nick Jackson) and The Death Riders (Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli and Wheeler Yuta)!

After the match, the Young Bucks rush away from the ring to grab the prize money, enjoying it for just a moment before King and Bandido go after them. That fight then heads to the back as the Death Riders focus on attacking Hobbs until Darby Allin comes running down for the save. The Opps then pull everyone but Moxley out of the ring, leaving Moxley with Allin before someone in a hoodie runs in to blindside Allin and it’s Daniel Garcia. The crowd then boos before telling Garcia he “sold out,” all while Marina Shafir comes down to the ring with a steel chair. Garcia then sets Allin up for a curb stomp except that Allin’s face misses the chair. The crowd then gives out about the gaffe, a mistake that Garcia makes up for by setting Allin up for another curb stomp hitting the face flush with the steel chair. Garcia and the Death Riders then eventually make their escape, leaving Allin lying in the ring as the show comes to a close.
