FAIRMONT — The Fairmont State University women’s basketball coaches and players are inviting kids of all ages to a basketball clinic on campus this month.
It all happens September 21 with kindergarten through 4th graders welcomed to camp from 9-11 a.m. at Joe Retton Arena. From Noon to 3 p.m., the focus shifts to the older kids from fifth through eighth grades. Cost for K-4th graders is $35 per player and $50 per player from grades 5-8.

According to a press release, Coach Stephanie Anderson and her crew will provide age-appropriate drills that build coordination, dribbling, passing & shooting. All participants will receive a free clinic T‑shirt.
“Whether your child is picking up a basketball for the first time or looking to build on basic skills, this clinic is the perfect way to develop fundamentals in a fun, supportive environment led by inspiring college athletes,” states the registration website.
