Here’s what to know about the contract for the 2025 OSU-Tulsa football game:

  • Payout: OSU pays $300,000 to Tulsa

  • Officials: The contract stipulates that officials for the game must be from a “Power Five Conference,” which has now been reduced to the Power Four. Tulsa will assign the officials, but OSU is responsible for their payment.

  • Tickets: OSU must provide 800 complimentary tickets, as well as 2,000 additional tickets to be sold through the Tulsa ticket office. Tulsa can request another 2,000 tickets, if available.

  • Additional games: This is the second game of an eight-game contract that began in 2024. OSU and Tulsa will alternate hosting each year through 2031. All stipulations are specified for the host team to meet the requirements that OSU is fulfilling this year.

  • Other items of note: The contract’s ticket clause includes the following line: “The Game shall not require purchase of season or additional tickets to purchase ticket to the scheduled Game.”
