The Usos Break Out Throwback Catchphrase During Wrestlepalooza Promo On 9/19 WWE SmackDown

by

Fans who have been down since Day One Ish will appreciate this throwback line.

The September 19 edition of WWE SmackDown went down at the Huntington Center in Toledo, Ohio. You never know who to expect, and that could include an exciting return. That could also include the return of a fan-favorite catchphrase.

After Brock Lesnar destroyed Corey Graves when the show got started this week, he approached Paul Heyman backstage. The former Wise Man of the Bloodline was flanked by Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker.

Fraxiom came out later on, but they didn’t get to wrestle. Instead, Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker jumped them and the team left. Paul Heyman came out next, and he cut a promo about how the Brons will beat the Usos tomorrow. Suddenly, Fraxiom jumped off the top turnbuckles and landed missile dropkicks to run the Vision out of the ring.

Then Nick Aldis came out to book The Vision versus Fraxiom, and that match started right away. The four had a short match, with Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed winning in dominate fashion.

Paul Heyman then cut off the announcer to continue his promo. He provided a spoiler for Wrestlepalooza, as he announced the winners. The Usos appeared on the screen as they stood in Indianapolis. They’re already doing a ton of media, so they are in the Wrestlepalooza city already.

The Usos hyped their match and closed out their promo with “welcome to the Uso Penitentiary.” That is the first time we’ve heard that catchphrase in quite some time.

Paul Heyman has been out of commission for quite some time. He was involved in a skirmish, where he took adjacent, possibly accidental fire, and he spent some time at a medical facility. Now the Oracle is back on the scene.

Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed have been left to their own devices over the past few weeks. That long leash resulted in some big time violence as the big men did as they pleased. Now that Heyman is back, only time will tell what is next for The Vision.

What’s your take on Paul Heyman’s return to WWE television? Does he still add a ton to the show? Let us know what you think in the comments section!
