After enjoying an off week last Saturday, the Ohio State football team gets back at it this weekend, and it’s a big one. Not only will it be the Buckeyes‘ first Big Ten game of the year, but it’ll also be their first road game of the season when they travel to Seattle to take on undefeated Washington in Husky Stadium.
If you haven’t seen a game in Husky Stadium, what a setting it is, right off of Lake Washington. It’ll be loud, and the opponent a quality one — perhaps one that’s not getting enough credit for its ability on both sides of the ball.

Ohio State head coach Ryan Day knows it’ll be a challenge for his team to travel all the way to the West Coast and play a team that’s playing at a high level right now, especially with a team that is still figuring out its identity as it marches on through the season after losing 14 guys to the NFL. He met with the media to preview the matchup, and he spent a lot more time talking about the opponent this time than normal — leading to the concern he has with this one.
