Tennessee football updated game-by-game score predictions after Week 5

Tennessee (4-1, 1-1 SEC) remains ranked No. 15 in the US LBM Coaches Poll for a fourth consecutive week. The Vols defeated Mississippi State (4-1, 0-1 SEC), 41-34 in overtime, during Week 5.

Tennessee will have its first of two open dates during the regular season in Week 6. Nov. 8 will be Tennessee’s final open date this season.

The Vols will next play Arkansas on Oct. 11 at Neyland Stadium. Arkansas fired its head coach Sam Pittman Sunday after a 2-3 (0-1 SEC) start in 2025. Offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach Bobby Petrino will serve as the Razorbacks’ interim head coach.

Arkansas also has an open date in Week 6.
