Oklahoma State football staffer Richetti Jones suspended after verbal altercation, per report

STILLWATER — Oklahoma State football staff member Richetti Jones has been suspended from his role as director of player development and safety DeAndre Boykins was dismissed following a verbal altercation between the two on the sidelines, according to a report.

Jones, an OSU defensive end from 2008-11, is suspended indefinitely as a result of the incident, On3’s Brett McMurphy reported Wednesday, Oct. 1.

Boykins, a redshirt senior safety who transferred from North Carolina in the offseason, has entered the transfer portal.

When contacted by The Oklahoman, OSU officials had no comment on the report.
