Jannik Sinner humbly shares where he keeps his trophies

by

Jannik Sinner humbly admitted that his place is "too small" for him to keep his trophies so he transports them to his parents' home, where they are being stored.

On Wednesday, Sinner won his 21st ATP title after beating Learner Tien 6-2 6-2 in the final of the ATP 500 tournament in Beijing. For the Italian, it was his second Beijing title. Also, it was his third main glory captured in 2025 – he previously made it all the way at the Australian Open and Wimbledon.

By having four Grand Slam titles in his collection and already topping the 20-title mark on the main level at the age of 24, Sinner has undoubtedly accomplished something great. But off the court, he remains as humble as ever.

Sinner: My apartment is quite small…

“You’re building up quite a collection of trophies. This has to be probably one of the biggest ones in size that you've won. Where do you put the trophies?" one of the questions that the reigning Beijing champion received read.

The 24-year-old responded: “In my parents' place always. My apartment is quite small, so there's not a lot of space," the 24-year-old Italian responded.

This was not the only humble answer provided by Sinner in his post-Beijing final win presser. When asked about the possibility of breaking Novak Djokovic's all-time record of six China Open title, the Italian stated that the Serb's accomplishments were in "a different league," and therefore didn't want to get too much into such conversations.

Sinner is now set to compete at the Shanghai, where he faces Daniel Altmaier in his opening match.
