As the 2025-26 Iowa women’s basketball season looms, Hawkeye star forward Hannah Stuelke has been named to a pair of preseason All-Big Ten teams.
Stuelke enters her senior season as a staple of the Hawkeyes’ program. The 6-foot-2 forward has been a stabilizing force and an offensive and defensive anchor for the program over the past three seasons.

The Cedar Rapids, Iowa, native is Iowa’s top returning scorer and rebounder, having averaged 12.7 points and 7.7 rebounds per game in 2024-25. Stuelke started 32 games last season and has been named second-team All-Big Ten in back-to-back seasons. During her freshman season, Stuelke was named Big Ten Sixth Player of the Year.
Stuelke is one of 20 Hawkeyes all-time to have amassed 1,100-plus points and 600-plus rebounds in their career. Stuelke has registered 61 games in double-figures, 11 career double-doubles and 10 career 20-point performances, including her career-high 47 points against Penn State during her sophomore campaign.
As the Hawkeyes look to reclaim their spot atop the conference and to become one of the nation’s elite programs, Stuelke will certainly be a large contributor to their potential success this season.
