Iowa women’s basketball tipoff times, TV schedule unveiled for 2025-26

The second year of the Jan Jensen era is nearly here and anticipation for what this next season of Iowa women’s basketball may bring keeps building.

After earning a No. 6 seed, Iowa advanced to the second round of the NCAA Tournament and finished with a record of 23-11 (10-8 Big Ten).

Now, as the Hawkeyes turn the page on star guards Lucy Olsen and Sydney Affolter, Iowa welcomes in a group of newcomers that features freshmen guards Addie Deal and Journey Houston, freshman center Layla Hays and sophomore transfers Chazadi ‘Chit-Chat’ Wright and Emely Rodriguez.

Those newcomers join established backcourt mates Taylor McCabe and Kylie Feuerbach and preseason All-Big Ten team forward Hannah Stuelke. Sophomores Teagan Mallegni, Taylor Stremlow and Ava Heiden also figure to be rotation pieces for the Hawkeyes.
