Karrion Kross and Scarlett Appear in WWE Crown Jewel Program Despite Leaving the Company

by

Karrion Kross and Scarlett officially wrapped up their WWE contracts in August, but their faces unexpectedly turned up in the official program for WWE Crown Jewel. The inclusion caught attention since both have been gone from the company for months.

A Twitter post pointed out that the Crown Jewel program still featured Kross and Scarlett’s photos, even though they’re no longer with WWE. Scarlett noticed the post herself and gave a lighthearted response, saying that if nothing else, at least they made the program.

“Hey at least we made the Crown Jewel program. 😂 Bring it to an indie show and we’ll sign it.”

The reason for their appearance seems to come down to production timing. Programs for major WWE events are typically created and printed weeks in advance, so it’s likely the materials were finalized before Kross and Scarlett’s contracts officially expired.

Both Kross and Scarlett have spoken openly about their future since leaving WWE. Kross has said he still hopes to return one day, while also being open to joining AEW if a comeback with WWE no longer seems possible.

Their appearance in the Crown Jewel program was an unplanned reminder of how quickly things can change behind the scenes, and how production timelines can outpace contract negotiations.
