An official tip time and viewing details have been released for the Spartans’ marquee exhibition game at UConn later this month.
If you don’t live in the Hartford area, you’ll need to pay $7.99 to watch Michigan State play UConn in an exhibition game later this month. UConn announced on Thursday that the Spartans-Huskies exhibition game on October 28 will tip off at 7:30 p.m. ET and be televised locally on WFSB Channel 3 or streamed on UConn+. The cost for a UConn+ membership is $7.99.

This will be one of two exhibition games for the Spartans before they officially tip off the 2025-26 season in early November. The Spartans’ first exhibition game is against Bowling Green on October 23.
UConn is considered a preseason top 10 team and should be a great preseason test for Michigan State. The Spartans have a very tough non-conference slate this season, so this exhibition against the Huskies will be good prep for what’s to come when the actual season tips off.
