Seth Rollins finally did what he couldn’t do in three previous tries — he beat Cody Rhodes one-on-one, and he didn’t hold back after the win.
Rollins closed out WWE Crown Jewel 2025 in the main event at Perth’s RAC Arena, defeating “The American Nightmare” to become this year’s Men’s WWE Crown Jewel Champion. With their rivalry dating back years and Rhodes holding a 3-0 singles record over him, the pressure was on Rollins to prove he could finally get the job done.
And he did — by any means necessary. In a cold twist, Rollins used a watch that Cody had given him after WrestleMania 40 to smash Rhodes in the face. That weapon shot helped The Visionary finally pin his biggest rival and cement his leadership of The Vision faction, which includes Paul Heyman, Bronson Reed, and Bron Breakker.
Speaking directly to WWE cameras right after the match, Rollins didn’t bother holding back.
“There’s nothing else to say. I told you so. I told everybody.”
“What I do with The Vision is for them, not for me. I’m the king around here. I proved that s**t tonight.”
It wasn’t just Rollins making moves for The Vision either. Earlier in the night, Bronson Reed pulled off a rare feat by pinning Roman Reigns in their Australian Street Fight — a victory few in WWE history can claim.
With Rollins now holding the win he’s chased for years and The Vision stronger than ever, the balance of power in WWE may have just shifted in a big way.
