Thunder’s Alex Caruso suffers concussion, placed in protocol

Oklahoma City guard Alex Caruso suffered a concussion during Tuesday’s game against Houston and has been placed in the league’s concussion protocol.

Per the NBA’s policy, Caruso must clear a series of steps designed to ensure symptom-free behavior before resuming basketball activities.

Caruso played 30 minutes and had 8 points, 3 assists and 2 rebounds in the 125-124 double-overtime victory against the Rockets.

The Thunder next play the Indiana Pacers on Thursday night (TV: 7:30 p.m. ET, ESPN).
