Before breaking down the latest with the NASCAR playoffs as they head to Martinsville, the guys discuss the 2027 Daytona 500 date announcement.
The NASCAR championship four is set.
Denny Hamlin, Chase Briscoe, Kyle Larson and William Byron will race for the Cup Series title Nov. 2 at Phoenix Raceway. It’s the only stop left in the 2025 season.
Hamlin and Briscoe got there via wins earlier in the Round of 8. Larson reached on points. And Byron advanced by winning the Xfinity 500 Sunday, Oct. 26, at Martinsville Speedway.
Byron beat runner-up Ryan Blaney and third-place finisher Chase Elliott. Blaney and Elliott needed a victory to crack the final four. They joined Christopher Bell and Joey Logano as the eliminated drivers.
