USC coach Lincoln Riley is focusing on Nebraska starting quarterback Dylan Raiola as a key to this Saturday night’s game. The Huskers and the Trojans meet under the lights of Memorial Stadium for a pivotal showdown at the start of a critical month for both teams.
Saturday’s prime-time matchup will feature the first blackout at Memorial Stadium. The Huskers will wear black jerseys, black pants, and white helmets with a black N and stripes.

Riley made the comments about the Nebraska sophomore quarterback while appearing on Trojans Live to preview the game.
“He’s the type of player that is going to take some chances. He’s got some escapability, both in his movement skills and he’s a big kid. You see guys around him sometimes not be able to get him down. He’s going to scramble with his eyes down the field and try to make some big plays there. Anytime a guy is going to take those chances, you’ve got to make the plays when you get them and we’ve got to keep a lid on him if he does ever get loose from us and that will be a big part of the game.”
Raiola has thrown for 1,909 yards and 17 touchdowns this season with a QBR of 65.3. He faces a USC secondary this weekend that ranks 80th in the nation, giving up 223.8 yards per game.
The Nebraska Cornhuskers (6-2, 3-2) take the field on Saturday, Nov. 1, when they host the USC Trojans (5-2, 3-1) at Memorial Stadium. The kickoff time is set for 6:30 p.m. CT and can be seen on NBC.
