Amid continued uncertainty as to when the WNBA and the WNBPA will reach an understanding over a new collective bargaining agreement, many of the WNBA’s best players are taking their talents to Miami this January, when the second season of the offseason Unrivaled league will tip off.

Unrivaled was founded in 2023 to much fanfare. The league, established by WNBA superstars Napheesa Collier and Breanna Stewart, secured premium investment and promised elevated salaries to participants in the six-team 3-on-3 league. They kept their word; the first season of Unrivaled was a hit, and the league is continuing to grow.

When Unrivaled resumes in January, two new teams will join the action, meaning 48 active WNBA players — many returning from last year’s inaugural season — will get the chance to demonstrate their skill in a different brand of basketball.

Unrivaled class of 2026 is absolutely stacked

Below is a table showing each of the 48 players signed to Unrivaled for the 2026 season, which tips off from Miami on Jan. 5. The players are listed by the order in which their participation in the league was confirmed.

In a statement, the league has announced the six further players will be added to the player development pool; those players’ identities will be confirmed at a later date.
