Berymon committed to Texas in June.

USC and Mississippi State were finalists for Berymon prior to his commitment to the Longhorns over the summer. LSU, Ole Miss and Texas A&M were other SEC programs squarely in the mix with the Louisiana prospect during stretches of his recruitment.

The Rivals Industry Ranking No. 23 DL out of Monroe (La.) Ouachita Parish has made a string of visits back to the Forty Acres and also Ole Miss this fall. Berymon has made a pair of game-day visits to Oxford, most recently to catch the Rebels against LSU.

Berymon is tabbed as the No. 216 overall prospect in the 2026 class, according to the Rivals Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He is the No. 8 player from The Boot in this cycle.
