Lash Legend is officially a SmackDown Superstar—just hours after ambushing Alexa Bliss during her match at ringside.
During tonight’s episode of WWE SmackDown, the NXT star showed up in dramatic fashion, attacking Bliss outside the ring while Nia Jax battled Charlotte Flair. The distraction gave Jax the opening she needed to secure the win over Flair, with the assist from her new ally.
Backstage, Jax and Legend made it clear this is just the beginning of their alliance. WWE wasted no time in confirming Legend’s promotion, updating their official roster page to list her as a member of the SmackDown brand, effectively ending her NXT run.
Legend’s jump to the main roster has been expected by many. She previously appeared on SmackDown in 2024, including a singles win over Piper Niven. But her time in NXT dates back to 2020, with a full TV debut during the 2.0 relaunch in 2021.
Most recently, Legend was part of the Meta-Four faction alongside Jakara Jackson, Oro Mensah, and Noam Dar. However, with Jackson and Mensah both released earlier this year and her latest NXT match ending in a loss to Evolve Women’s Champion Kendal Grey, the writing was on the wall.
Tonight’s SmackDown segment also pointed to the future, with the Kabuki Warriors joining Legend and Jax in a backstage beatdown of Flair and Bliss—likely signaling an alliance heading into Survivor Series WarGames.
According to WrestleVotes, “Lash Legend ‘officially’ debuts on SmackDown. She will be a fixture on the show going forward, paired with Nia Jax for the time being. There is a level of optimism with her within creative.”
With fresh faces and new alliances forming, SmackDown’s women’s division just got a serious shake-up—and Lash Legend is wasting no time leaving her mark.
