The Big Ten announced is conference top performers of the week for swimming and diving.

Big Ten Women’s Swimmer of the Week
Rosie Murphy, UCLA
Sr. – Sacramento, Calif.
- Set a school record in the 200 backstroke in UCLA’s dual meet at No. 18 Arizona State
- Touched the wall in a new record time of 1:52.39, a time also ranked 10th-fastest nationally
- Recorded four event wins, winning both the 200 back and the 200 IM on Friday and Saturday. Also helped multiple relay squads to top two finishes in their respective races
- Last UCLA Swimmer of the Week: Ana Jih-Schiff (Oct. 9, 2024)
Big Ten Women’s Diver of the Week
Elna Widerstrom, Minnesota
Jr. – Lund, Sweden
- Finished first on 1-meter with a score of 332.93 against No. 15 Wisconsin
- Scored a 359.33 for second place on 3-meter
- Earns second consecutive Diver of the Week honor
- Last Minnesota Diver of the Week: Elna Widerstrom (Nov. 5, 2025)
Big Ten Women’s Freshman of the Week
Jada Duncan, UCLA
Rocklin, Calif.
- Earned five event wins in UCLA’s dual meets at No. 18 Arizona State and Arizona over the weekend
- Won the 50 free and the 100 fly in the meet at Arizona State and won the 100 free and 100 fly on Saturday in the dual at Arizona. Her 50 free win in a time of 22.02 is the 15th fastest time in the country to date
- Helped the Bruins win the 400 medley relay at Arizona State

- Earned wins in two individual events and two relays in Penn State’s win over Army
- Swam a 51.52 in the 100 breaststroke to touch first
- Finished in a time of 1:53.94 in the 200 breaststroke to place first
- Swam a 23.39 split to help earn a win in the 200 medley relay
- Recorded a 43.39 split to help the 400 freestyle relay team to victory
- Last Penn State Swimmer of the Week: Mariano Lazzerini (Oct. 22, 2025)
Big Ten Men’s Diver of the Week
Drew Bennett, Minnesota
Sr. – Madison, Wis.
- Led the Gophers with two individual event wins, sweeping all diving events against No. 22 Wisconsin
- Tallied a score of 371.40 to win 3-meter and scored a 350.25 to win 1-meter
- Last Minnesota Diver of the Week: Drew Bennett (Oct. 22, 2025)
Big Ten Men’s Freshman of the Week
Luka Mladenovic, Michigan
Salzburg, Austria
- Won all three individual events he competed in and a relay against Oakland and Pittsburgh
- Won the 100 yard breaststroke with a time of 53.92, the 200 yard breaststroke with a time of 1:57.93 and the 200-yard IM in a time of 1:47.75
- Was on the winning 200 yard medley relay team that placed first with a time of 1:26.24
