Following the decision of the ITTF Executive Board on 20th September 2025, and in accordance with the ITTF Statutes, the International Table Tennis Federation will hold the continuation of the ITTF Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2025 in a fully online format on 15th November 2025 at 10:30 UTC.
The continuation has been prepared to the highest standards. LUMI AGM UK Ltd, an independent, world-class provider, has been appointed to manage registration and the voting system for the ITTF AGM 2025 Continuation. All registered delegates have already received information, and technical guidelines for voting ahead of the meeting.
The agenda items during the continuation are the following:
25. Election of ITTF Executive Vice-Presidents – Candidate videos are available here. In accordance with ITTF Statutes, a candidate must secure more than 50% of votes, excluding abstentions, to be elected.
26. Ratification of ITTF Council Members – The list of candidates submitted by each Continental Federation is available here.
27. Appointment of Committee Members – Including candidates recommended by the ITTF Nominations Committee, listed here.
