The Georgia Bulldogs will be without multiple starters for the Saturday, Nov. 15 home game against the Texas Longhorns. Georgia remains without starting defensive tackle Jordan Hall (knee), who is expected to miss the rest of Georgia’s season.
It is not all bad news on the injury front for Georgia. Georgia offensive lineman Drew Bobo (finger) and tight end Lawson Luckie (head/concussion) don’t have injury designations after suffering injuries in last week’s 41-21 win against Mississippi State.

“Drew (Bobo) had a pretty bad laceration on his finger,” Georgia coach Kirby Smart said. “He’s patched up and ready to go for practice today. Lawson (Luckie) is doing well, and I think he’s going to make a good quick turn, but we’ll see.”
Georgia cornerback Demello Jones (elbow) is no longer listed on the SEC availability report and is expected to play. Tight end Ethan Barbour is expected to be out for the year. Receiver Talyn Taylor is improving after suffering an upper body injury, but is still not back. Starting safety Kyron Jones and star receiver Colbie Young are both out again.
Incredibly, Texas is completely healthy and has nobody on the SEC availability report. Every other SEC team has at least one player out and at least three total players with injury designations. The Longhorns were without All-SEC safety Michael Taaffe (thumb) in their last two games, so his return is expected to give the Texas secondary a boost. The Longhorns had a bye week to heal up ahead of the Georgia game.
