Kaytron Allen is now less than 150 yards away from being the all-time rushing leader in Penn State history.
In Saturday’s 28-10 win at Michigan State, the senior had the most productive day of his career.

Allen ran for 181 yards and scored a pair of touchdowns, book ending Penn State’s win, and earning him BSD MVP honors for another week.
Since Terry Smith took over as interim coach, the offense has made an effort to get Allen involved in a big way. That was clear again Saturday as his early touchdown run tied the game at 7-7 in the first quarter.
But, it was really in a final quarter, game-defining drive where Allen was a battering ram and helped the Lions take a 21-10 lead. Then, the senior got a chance to break a couple of explosive runs in the final moments to make the final score 28-10.
Allen now has 917 yards on the season and is third on the all-time rushing list behind Saquon Barkley and Evan Royster.

Others Considered
Defensive End Dani Dennis-Sutton: The senior had two sacks and a blocked punt. After being seemingly non existent for much of the season, Dennis-Sutton has improved his draft stock greatly in the past couple weeks.
Punter Gabe Nwosu: The third quarter was some bad football, but a couple of booming Nwosu punts helped the Lions maintain field position.
