The Clemson Tigers‘ final home game of the 2025 college football season is against a team the program has faced many times. Clemson will play the Furman Paladins from the Football Championship Subdivision (FCS) Saturday at Memorial stadium.
The Tigers (5-5 overall, 4-4) finished ACC play with a 20-19 win over the Louisville Cardinals on Friday, providing a significant boost to their hopes of reaching a bowl game. Cade Klubnik was 22 of 34 passing for 187 yards in his final ACC start, and running back Adam Randall had 105 rushing yards and two touchdowns.

Clemson’s Nolan Hauser was 3-for-3 on field goal attempts, while Louisville struggled in the kicking game with two misses in the final 7:15 of the game. The Tigers can clinch a bowl berth with a win Saturday.
Furman (6-5) will close its regular season in Week 13. The Paladins totaled 448 yards of offense in a 32-14 win over VMI last week, with quarterback Trey Hedden throwing for 275 yards and two touchdowns to receiver Evan James (nine catches, 70 yards).
Clemson football vs Furman: start time, TV channel, announcers
Clemson-Furman will broadcast nationally on The CW Network. It’s the first time this season a Tigers game will be televised on the channel. Veteran play-by-play announcer Thom Brennaman will have the TV call of the game, with Will Blackmon as color commentator.

According to Clemson Sports Information, Clemson and Furman will be meeting for the 59th time in series history Saturday. The Tigers lead the all-time series, 44-10-4. The Tigers have won the last 32 matchups against Furman dating back to 1938.
