The 2025 MLS conference semifinals are next on the calendar following the November international break, where teams will fight for a spot to play in conference championship weekend.

The two No. 1 seeds are still alive and should be favored to advance, but the conference semifinals changes to a single-game elimination format compared to the previous rounds’ best-of-three.
Whichever seed is highest will host the games from here on out, so a lower seed chasing history will need to do it primarily on the road.
