The Full Gear 2025 pay-per-view was a night full of great action and now it appears that several former WWE talent were present backstage at the show.
According to PWInsider, several notable names were backstage at AEW Full Gear. Former WWE and ECW star Dawn Marie attended the show with her family; she currently resides in New Jersey. Former WWE ring announcer and wife of Ricochet Samantha Irvin was also backstage during the event.
Marq Quen from Private Party was present as well, though his tag partner Isiah Kassidy was not backstage. In addition to all of them, former ROH owner Cary Silkin stopped by for a visit before the show.
The Full Gear pay-per-view was headlined by Adam Page defending the AEW World Championship against Samoa Joe, which saw Joe win the title and it was immediately followed with Swerve Strickland’s return.
Nonetheless, it’s clear everyone who was present backstage had a ton of fun watching the whole show from start to finish. So we will have to wait and see whether AEW will continue the momentum with their Worlds End pay-per-view next month.
