Ric Flair Provides Current Update on Health After Rotator Cuff Injury

by

Ric Flair was forced to leave the November 13th edition of AEW Dynamite due to a torn rotator cuff injury and now he’s revealed his current condition after the injury.

While speaking to Casino Beats, Ric Flair was asked about his health after being pulled from AEW television due to a rotator cuff injury. He said he’s doing better and feels fine, but he’ll likely need some kind of medical work done.

“I’m better, I’m doing fine. I’ll probably have to have something done with it.”

Flair explained that he has a busy weekend ahead with appearances in both California and Chicago and once that’s over, he’ll look into getting his shoulder checked out. He also praised Tony Khan and the AEW roster, saying they’re great people and that wrestling is in a good place right now.

“I have a long weekend ahead of me with two appearances. One in California and one in Chicago. And then next week, I’ll figure out when I have time to go down there and get it looked at. Tony Khan is a really great guy. The guys over in AEW are great. Wrestling is in a good place right now.”

Although Ric Flair isn’t expected to wrestle, fans are still hoping he recovers quickly so he can keep contributing to AEW programming. For now, his priority is healing his shoulder while managing a busy schedule of appearances. So we’ll just have to see when the Nature Boy will return to AEW television.

Do you want to see Ric Flair return to AEW TV once he heals and possibly do an angle? Sound off in the comments.
