The November 24, episode of WWE RAW went down at the Paycom Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The show saw the Last Time Is Now Tournament continued this week, and one Superstar may have been injured in the process.
GUNTHER already advanced in the Last Time is Now Tournament on RAW this week. The second match in that tournament didn’t end in typical fashion.
Solo Sikoa and Penta planned to have a much longer match, but things happened that were out of their control. The luchador went for a dive and he couldn’t get up.
After a bit of waiting, the match was called off, and Penta was declared inillegable to compete. That meant Solo Sikoa moved onto the semifinals in the Last Time is Now Tournament. He may not have gotten the win in the way he wanted, but that is what happened.
We will have to see if Penta is injured for a while. Hopefully, he is able to get back in fighting shape very soon. This was certainly not a match ending that anyone wanted to see.
John Cena’s last match will go down in Washington, DC at Saturday Night’s Main Event on December 13. Only time will tell who he faces, but it won’t be Penta.
