LAS VEGAS – The stage is set for the final championship fight of 2025 after UFC 323 headliners Merab Dvalishvili and Petr Yan squared up at ceremonial weigh-ins.
After making weight Friday morning, Dvalishvili (21-4 MMA, 14-2 UFC) got face-to-face for the final time with Yan (19-5 MMA, 11-4 UFC) ahead of their bantamweight title rematch, which headlines Saturday’s card at T-Mobile Arena (ESPN+ pay-per-view, ESPN2/ESPN+/Disney+/FX).

It’s a historic opportunity for Dvalishvili, who will attempt to become the first in UFC history to make four successful title defenses in a calendar year. He can set the all-time divisional record overall with four consecutive defenses, but former titleholder Yan has other intentions as he looks to avenge a loss and become a two-time champ at 135 pounds.
