BKFC’s sixth iteration of KnuckleMania will be headlined by a clash of UFC veterans for the heavyweight championship and the return of Yoel Romero.

The promotion announced Wednesday that BKFC: KnuckleMania 6 will take place Feb. 7 at Xfinity Mobile Arena in Philadelphia. In the main event, Rothwell will defend his heavyweight title against Andrei Arlovski in a battle between former UFC heavyweights who’ve met twice before in MMA. The co-headliner features Romero making his second BKFC appearance against former light heavyweight and cruiserweight champ Lorenzo Hunt.

Rothwell, 44, has lost twice to Arlovski in 2008 with Affliction and 2019 with the UFC. Rothwell is undefeated in four BKFC appearances since 2022. He claimed the heavyweight title with a 36-second knockout of Mick Terrill in January 2025 at BKFC: KnuckleMania 5.

Arlovski, 46, will make his second BKFC appearance after winning his debut against Josh Copeland by fourth-round TKO this past June. Arlovski, a former UFC heavyweight champ, also kept busy in 2025 competing once each for Misfits Boxing and Dirty Boxing Championship.

In his lone BKFC appearance this past September, Romero, 48, defeated Theo Doukaus by second-round TKO. The former UFC middleweight title challenger also competed for Dirty Boxing Championship earlier in 2025.

Hunt, 43, is 12-2 in his BKFC career. He’s coming off a first-round knockout of Josh Dyer on Nov. 15 at BKFC 84.
