Notre Dame football is now in its offseason, after the College Football Playoff opted to choose other schools and the Irish deciding to not play in a bowl game due to the potential of not having enough players.
As most teams have to deal with, the Irish are now playing close attention to what some of the players decided to do. Staying in South Bend is never a bad idea, but some players won’t have the opportunity to see the field, it’s just how it works out.
