This one is in the women’s strawweight division, as Bruna Brasil and Ketlen Souza, two Brazilians, duke it out Feb. 7 at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas.

Two people with knowledge of the matchup recently informed MMA Junkie of the booking but asked to remain anonymous as the promotion has yet to make an official announcement.

Brasil (11-5-1 MMA, 3-3 UFC) has alternated losses and wins since her promotional debut in early 2023. She most recently competed in August when she defeated Ming Shi in a UFC bout that headlined a Road to UFC event.

Souza (15-6 MMA, 2-3 UFC) is a former Invicta FC champion. She suffered a gross knee injury in her UFC debut, but then returned to win back-to-back bouts over Marnic Mann and Yazmin Jauregui. Since then, however, she’s hit a two-fight skid with losses to Angela Hill and Piera Rodriguez.

The updated UFC Fight Night 266 lineup includes:

  • Mario Bautista vs. Vinicius Oliveira

  • Amir Albazi vs. Kyoji Horiguchi

  • Uran Satybaldiev vs. Julius Walker

  • Marc-Andre Barriault vs. Michal Oleksiejczuk

  • Daniil Donchenko vs. Alex Morono

  • Rizvan Kuniev vs. Ryan Spann

  • Farid Basharat vs. Jean Matsumoto

  • Eduarda Moura vs. Cong Wang

  • Daniil Donchenko vs. Alex Morono

  • Bruna Brasil vs. Ketlen Souza
