The Alabama Crimson Tide are moving on to the Rose Bowl.

Yes, the No. 9 seeded Crimson Tide went into Norman on Friday night to face the No. 8 seed Oklahoma Sooners, a game where Alabama eventually came away with a hard-fought, 34-24 victory. As a result, Alabama is now moving on to the CFP quarterfinals, which is where a matchup with No. 1 overall seed Indiana awaits in the Rose Bowl.

In the win, Alabama originally came out of the gate struggling, especially on offense, and eventually trailed 17-0 at one point in the second quarter.

However, Alabama came roaring back late in the second quarter to tie the game, with a 50-yard pick six from Zabien Brown a key play in doing so. The Crimson Tide also carried over that success into the second half, and in all, went on to outscore Oklahoma since falling behind 17-0 a combined 34-7.

Alabama was able to win despite gaining only 260 yards of total offense as well, while also going 2-of-12 on third downs.
