Star Alabama tight end Josh Cuevas has officially accepted an invite to the 2026 Panini Senior Bowl.
Cuevas, a 6’3”, 256 pound senior out of Los Angeles, is a talented tight end that has played a crucial role on the Crimson Tide offense throughout the 2025 season. The former three-star recruit has been an extremely pleasant surprise during his two-year tenure in Tuscaloosa, as Cuevas was the leading tight end in both yards and receptions in 2024 and 2025 on the Alabama offense. Cuevas is one of six players from the Crimson Tide that are confirmed to appear in the Senior Bowl, as each player will look to improve their draft stock to the best of their ability.

Cuevas was credited with 35 yards on three receptions during Alabama’s CFP first round victory against Oklahoma. The senior was sidelined for the Tide’s SEC Championship clash with Georgia, but his return on offense will provide a major boost for the Tide moving forward. Cuevas could thrive throughout the Senior Bowl as well, as the promising tight end will look to stand out and make an impact prior to the 2026 NFL draft.
Cuevas and the Crimson Tide will face the Indiana Hoosiers in the Rose Bowl on Jan. 1, at 4:00 p.m. ET.
