Former WWE Star Haze Jameson Rebrands After 2025 Release

by

A fresh chapter is unfolding for former WWE prospect Haze Jameson—now going by a new name that’s already turning heads.

After being released from WWE in October 2025, Hayley Montoya—known to fans as Haze Jameson—has filed for a new trademark: Pinky Montoya. The trademark application, submitted under her real name, signals a major move toward life after WWE. The filing specifically covers:

“Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer.”

Montoya didn’t stop at paperwork. She also dropped a cryptic teaser video on Instagram where she scrawled “coming soon” on a mirror using pink lipstick—offering the first official nod to the new persona.

Before her exit, Montoya was featured on season two of WWE LFG, where she joined Bubba Ray Dudley’s team and lasted until episode 12. A former collegiate volleyball standout, she made her in-ring debut at the Evolve tapings on February 7, 2025, where she lost to Kali Armstrong. Her final WWE match came on September 26, 2025, when she was defeated by PJ Vasa in a bout that later aired on the November 5 episode of Evolve.

Now that she’s embracing the Pinky Montoya name and persona, speculation is swirling that she’s preparing for her first matches outside WWE. The rebrand marks a significant shift from her short-lived WWE identity, and she appears more than ready to control her own narrative.

With the pink lipstick message and a new trademark in place, all signs point to Pinky Montoya making her independent wrestling debut sooner rather than later.

Do you think Hayley Montoya made the right move in reinventing herself after WWE? Would you want to see Pinky Montoya in AEW, TNA, or somewhere entirely new? Drop your thoughts in the comments and let us know where you’d book her first post-WWE match.
