Former UFC champion Luke Rockhold doesn’t seem to have many regrets after his loss to Colby Covington.
In fact, Rockhold beamed through his words Monday on Instagram as he heaped praise on RAF, the semi-recently-launched wrestling company that promoted his match Saturday vs. Covington.

“Compete, challenge myself, get in shape, learn a new sport and get paid with no risk,” Rockhold wrote. “Lost a few points but had a good time. Happy to see wrestling make it to the big stage.”
Rockhold, 41, lost to Covington, 37, by technical fall in the main event of RAF 5 at Amerant Bank Arena in Sunrise, Fla. The two former UFC titleholders were among a growing group of MMA fighters who have crossed over to compete in RAF. Others have included Bo Nickal, Yoel Romero, Arman Tsarukyan, Belal Muhammad, Holly Holm, and Michael Chandler.
Henry Cejudo, Urijah Faber, and Muhammad Mokaev are among those set to compete when the promotion returns with RAF 6, which takes place Feb. 28 at Mullett Arena in Scottsdale, Ariz.
