Quarterback Josh Allen has been at the center of one of the greatest eras of Buffalo Bills football. But has the Bills quarterback and reigning NFL MVP ever won a Super Bowl?
Since Buffalo drafted the quarterback out of Wyoming in the first round of the 2018 NFL Draft, the Bills have made it to the playoffs seven times. They won the AFC East five straight years. Allen’s rookie year is the only season Buffalo fell short of a postseason berth, and this year is the first since 2019 the team was unable to win the division.

Despite all of the regular-season success, Allen has never won a Super Bowl. Buffalo hasn’t been to a Super Bowl in Allen’s eight seasons in the league, falling short of an AFC title in each of their last six playoff appearances.

The Bills, as a franchise, are still chasing their first Super Bowl title. Buffalo’s only league championships were pre-merger AFL titles in the two consecutive years before the first Super Bowl. With Allen, the Bills have gotten closer to the Lombardi Trophy than they had in the 32 years since their last AFC title.
