Duke welcomed Georgia Tech for an ACC dual meet Saturday, and the women’s team emerged victorious at home with a score of 180.5-119.5. On the men’s side, Georgia Tech won by a similar margin, 186-112.

The Blue Devil women got the win in the 200 medley relay from Madelyn MeredithKaelyn GridleyHeather White and Tatum Wall finishing in 1:37.12. Gridley, in her final home meet at Duke, snuck under 1:00 in the 100 breaststroke with a time of 59.99. Wall captured first in the 50 freestyle (21.94) and 100 free (47.94), and she led off the victorious 400 free relay team. Clare LoganEmily Gantriis and White swam on the team that clocked 3:18.96.

Duke’s Neala Klein finished first in the 1000 free (10:04.31), and Martina Peroni came in first in the 200 butterfly (1:56.75). Audrey Portello was the winner of the 500 free in comfortable fashion (4:52.67), and she won the 200 IM in 2:02.04. In diving, Duke’s Keira Lu won 1-meter (313.35) and 3-meter (362.55).

Georgia Tech’s first win came courtesy of Phoebe Wright in the 200 free (1:47.93), and Vivian Rothwell followed that up with a top finish in the 100 backstroke (53.07). Wright returned to take the win in the 200 backstroke (1:54.71), and Anne Deedy dominated the 200 breast (2:14.94). Zara Masud had the top performance in the 100 fly (54.07).

The men’s competition started when Ricky BalducciniJean CaballeroStephen Jones and Robin Yeboah won the 200 medley relay in 1:27.83. Balduccini dominated the 100 back (47.77) while Yeboah took the 50 free (19.95) and 100 free (44.26). Jones placed first in the 100 fly (47.83). Yeboah, Balduccini, Vitor Sega and Jones combined to win the 400 free relay in 2:56.35.

Berk Erturk of the Yellow Jackets took first in the 1000 free (9:08.67) and 200 IM (1:49.81), and Sega was the winner of the 200 free (1:36.97). The 200 fly went to Henry Gibbs (1:47.63), followed by Tobin Uhl finishing atop the 200 breast (1:57.98) and Lukas Vetkoetter winning the 500 free (4:31.34) Georgia Tech’s Max Fowler was first in 1-meter diving (391.65) as well as 3-meter (471.53).

Duke’s Jack Smith snagged the 100 breast win (54.65), and Ryan Griffith got first in the 200 back (1:46.83)
