No. 17 Tennessee (14-3, 6-0 SEC) remains unbeaten in Southeastern Conference basketball play after winning its sixth league game on Thursday.
The Lady Vols defeated No. 12 Kentucky (17-4, 4-3 SEC), 60-58, at Food City Center.

Charlie Creme of ESPN released updated women’s basketball bracketology for the 2026 NCAA Tournament on Friday. Tennessee is projected as a No. 4 seed and would host the first and second rounds at Food City Center.
The Lady Vols are projected to face No. 13 seed Miami University in the first round. The winner would advance to play either No. 5 seed West Virginia or No. 12 seed UC Irvine in the second round.
Creme projects UConn as the No. 1 overall seed, Clemson as the last team in and Miami as the first team out of the NCAA Tournament.
The Final Four will be contested April 3-5 at Mortgage Matchup Center in Phoenix, Arizona.

Tennessee will next play at Ole Miss on Jan. 26. Tipoff is slated for 7 p.m. EST (ESPNU).
