The Georgia football season ended four weeks ago in the Sugar Bowl in New Orleans.
The Bulldogs’ roster has undergone plenty of change since that College Football Playoff quarterfinal loss. Underclassmen have declared for the NFL Draft, the transfer portal opened and closed and early enrollees started classes.

Mike Bobo was the only offensive coordinator among the finalists for the Broyles Award for nation’s top assistant coach as the Bulldogs improved in the run game, but they topped 357 yards just once in their final five games. That came against Charlotte.
Gunner Stockton returns as a second-year starter at quarterback.
Here’s an early swing at how the Bulldogs’ offensive depth chart may look heading into spring practice:
Georgia football 2026 pre-spring offensive depth chart
Wide receivers
X receiver — Isaiah Canion, CJ Wiley, Thomas Blackshear, Ryan Mosley
Z receiver — London Humphreys, Talyn Taylor, Landon Roldan, Craig Dandrige

Y slot receiver — Sacovie White-Helton, Tyler Williams, Dallas Dickerson
Analysis: Georgia lost its top 5 pass catchers, led by single-season receptions record holder Zachariah Branch. The 6-foot-4 Canion comes from Georgia Tech and gives the Bulldogs a big outside target to replace Colbie Young. White-Helton will have chance to expand his role in the slot.
Offensive line
Left tackle — Earnest Greene, Jahzare Jackson
Left guard — Daniel Calhoun, Michael Uini
Center — Drew Bobo, Malchi Toliver
Right guard — Dontrell Glover, Michael Uini
Right tackle — Juan Gaston, Ekene Ogboko
Analysis: It will be worth watching to see how new offensive line coach Phil Rauscher deploys Greene, who started last season at right tackle. Is five-star Ogboko ready to crack the starting lineup as a freshman? The guard spot opposite Glover will be competitive.

Quarterback
Gunner Stockton, Ryan Puglisi, Ryan Montgomery, Hezekiah Millender, Bryson Beaver
Analysis: Stockton’s game will need to rise in his second year as Georgia’s starter, particularly in the downfield passing game. Puglisi will have a chance to show coaches he’s ready to be QB1 heading to 2027.

Running back
Nate Frazier, Chauncey Bowens, Dante Dowdell, Dwight Phillips, Bo Walker, Jae Lamar
Analysis: Frazier has a chance to become the first Georgia running back to lead the team in rushing three straight seasons since Garrison Hearst from 1990-92. Bowens rushed for 526 yards last season and Kentucky transfer Dowdell 560.

Tight end
Lawson Luckie, Ethan Barbour, Elyiss Williams, Kaiden Prothro, Jaden Reddell, Colton Heinrich
Analysis: The overflowing talent at this position gives Bobo plenty of options and should ensure multiple tight end sets will remain. Barbour was sidelined much of the season after starting his first game. The 6-foot-6, 210-pound Prothro is Georgia’s Mr. Football.
