Newcastle Red Bulls have signed fly-half Zack Henry on a one-year deal from Stade Francais for the 2026-27 season.
Englishman Henry has spent the bulk of his career playing in France with Stade and, before that, at Pau, Rouen and Nevers.
But the 31-year-old did spend a season with Leicester Tigers for whom he played 26 games in 2020-21 before returning to the Top 14 with Pau and then moving to the French capital.
“I have spent nine years of my professional career in France and my only time in The Prem was during Covid, so I’m excited about coming home and having the full experience,” Henry told Newcastle’s website, external.
“I’m also really excited by what Newcastle are building. I’ve had some inspiring conversations with the club and I can’t wait to be part of such an ambitious project.”
