The UFC is back in the land “Down Under” for UFC 325, its second numbered event of the calendar year – and no longer on pay-per-view at the start of the Paramount+ broadcast era.
The popular “Embedded” fight week video series is here to document what’s happening behind the scenes. UFC 325 (Paramount+) takes place Saturday at Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney.

The headliner is a featherweight title fight between champion Alexander Volkanovski (27-4 MMA, 14-3 UFC) and Diego Lopes (27-7 MMA, 6-2 UFC), a rematch from 2025 when Volkanovski reclaimed the vacant title with a unanimous decision.
In the co-feature, Dan Hooker (24-13 MMA, 14-9 UFC) meets newly surging French lightweight Benoit Saint Denis (16-3 MMA, 8-3 UFC) with both looking to climb back into the title picture.
The fifth episode of “Embedded” follows the featured fighters while they get ready for fight week. Here is the UFC’s description of the episode from YouTube:
“Champ Alexander Volkanovski and Dan Hooker train with their team; Tai Tuivasa and Justin Tafa visit the NSW Waratah rugby team headquarters; Cody Brundage hits pads and grapples; Oban Elliott visits the zoo; Dan Hooker puts on a fashion show for his kids; The stars of UFC 325 exchange words at the UFC 325 pre-fight press conference.”
