Florida is expected to hire Georgia Tech director of scouting Cody Collins, according to CBS Sports’ Matt Zenitz.
Collins, a University of Georgia graduate, spent 2020-26 with the Bulldogs as a personnel analyst. Prior to that, he was a student coaching intern at Prince Avenue Christian School in Athens from March 2019 to July 2020. Collins played football under Georgia Tech’s director of high school relations, Tim McFarlin. That connection helped him get the job at Tech in 2024.
