Tennessee baseball picked to finish sixth in 2026 SEC

No. 15 Tennessee will open its first baseball season under head coach Josh Elander on Feb. 13. The Vols will host Nicholls State for a three-game series at Lindsey Nelson Stadium.

On Thursday ahead of the 2026 campaign, the SEC released its annual preseason poll and All-SEC first and second teams, voted by the league’s 16 head coaches.

The Vols are picked to finish sixth overall in the SEC.

Tennessee transfer outfielder Henry Ford and relief pitcher Brandon Arvidson was selected to the All-SEC First Team, while first baseman Levi Clark was picked to the All-SEC Second Team.
